Research, documentation and publication design supporting a legal network working on accountability for crimes against the Yazidi community.

Goals

1. Structure a large body of field documentation
2. Produce publications for legal and public audiences

Approach

The research and design ran together — the coding frame for the documentation was designed with the eventual publications in mind, which removed a translation step that usually loses detail.

A structured documentation base and publication system used across the network.
